For those walkers in congested downtown areas, you can now count blocks and price accordingly. Just setup the Zones for your downtown area. Next, be sure to assign a numeric value to the Latitude and Longitude fields. The program will find the distance between Latitudes and Longitudes and add accordingly.

Example: Zone A1 is 3 blocks west of D3 and 2 blocks north. 3 + 2 = 5 blocks.

Yes. Just add a wait, mileage, piece count or weight record with the Lower Limit set to zero. In Upper Limit put in the amount you want to give away for free.

For example: 15 lbs. with 10lbs. for free….you will multiply 5lbs. by your rate and charge accordingly.

There are two options. You can run a Driver report, and view a plotted map of all the driver’s spots. Or: since all tables are exportable (with proper permissions), you can send an emailed spreadsheet of the driver’s jobs.

Note: Microsoft ™ has a limit of 65,536 records, so you may have to split it into half-year or quarterly reports.

First, the system needs to recognize that the Pickup Date is a Holiday. From the pull-down menu, select Operation->Holiday, choose the date that the Holiday occurs on, then add your Description and click Insert.

Next, you will need to add the rate increase for Holidays. From the pull-down menu, select Operation->Multiplier, input the Pricing Level of the Customers this will apply to. Next select One Customer or All. Days will be selected on the update page, select Job Type or All, select Job Level or All, Starting and Ending times and finally, input your rate (1.00 = 100%), after you click Insert, you will be sent to the update page. Now you can select Holiday and your new rate for Holidays is complete.

You’ll need to have permission to edit in Customer Update. To edit a Customer’s record, either call up the Customer in the ‘Customer Action Menu’ in the Operation module or from ‘Customer Maintenance’ in the Receivable module. Click on the ‘Financial’ leaf and change Credit Limit.
