Driver SMS Consent Form · Where Is My Package?

This is the consent form a driver signs before the Where Is My Package? dispatch platform sends job assignment text messages to their mobile number. It is published here in full so that its wording can be verified without a scan.

Signing is voluntary. It is not a condition of employment, of being assigned jobs, of being paid, or of using the Service. A driver who declines is dispatched by phone, radio or the mobile app instead, and receives no text messages. An employer cannot give this consent on a driver’s behalf.

A courier company licensing the Service must obtain each driver’s written consent before entering that driver’s mobile number for text messaging. Licensees may reproduce this form on their own letterhead and may add their own details, but may not alter the consent language. The same form appears as section 5.1 of our Terms of Service, which is the licence agreement under which they are required to use it.

Signing this form is voluntary. It is not a condition of working for the Company, of being assigned jobs, or of being paid. If I do not sign, I will be dispatched by phone, radio or the mobile app instead.
These are operational messages about my work. They are not marketing.
Message frequency varies with the number of jobs assigned to me.
Message and data rates may apply. My mobile carrier’s standard rates apply to every message I send or receive.
I may reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts, and HELP for help.
If I opt out I must tell my dispatcher, so that I can be assigned work another way.
My mobile number and this consent will not be sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.
Message delivery is not guaranteed and depends on my carrier, device and coverage.
I may withdraw this consent at any time, by replying STOP or by telling my dispatcher.

If a driver has not signed a form

A driver whose number is already in the platform but who has not signed this form is sent one invitation and must reply YES before any job messages are sent:

“Where Is My Package?: Your dispatcher wants to send job assignment texts to this number. Reply YES to agree. Msg&data rates apply. Reply STOP to opt out.”

A driver who does not reply receives nothing further and continues to be dispatched by other means. A driver who replies STOP is never invited again.

Stopping messages

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. One confirmation is sent and no further messages follow. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies with the number of jobs assigned.
